Partnerikinnitus
27. veebruaril saatsin ära partnerikinnituse TRANSPEDA projekti rahastamiseks. Sama tegid kuuldavasti ka Tallinna Teeninduskool ja Tartu KHK. Minupoolsed tänud Piret Koorepile, kes aitas dokumentidega tutvumisel ja läbirääkimistel direktoriga.

Hello our friends in Estonia, Lithuania, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland and Finland!


Last year we were planning together our common Folklore-project and we were waiting for the opening of the ARS-application system. The name of our school was at that time Aura-institute, but now our institute is called Bovallius-institute. Despite of the administrational changes, we are continuously working with vocational special education.



Now we are having some good news: there will be an opportunity of applying funding for Folklore before the 2nd of March2009. At the same time we have decided to combine two different sectors together to one project which will consist of so called Folklore and also Transpeda collaboration. Our suggestion is, that the project would be called Transpeda and Folklore in Nordic – Baltic countries. The time-frame is estimated to be a three-years-period during 9/2009-8/2012.



To this project will include following contents:

1. Students with special needs and learning difficulties.

2. Learning environment, virtual learning and practical actions, such as class exchanges and exhibitions.

3. Transition from education to working life: development of network methods and exchange of the good practices .

4. Exchange of traditional dishes and handicrafts will run through the whole project.



Our aim has been to formulate the contents in that way you all partners have wished and which as well have been emphasized in Nord Plus Junior Program in 2009.



Because of the timetable, we are asking you to reply fast!



We would need your answers already before the 23rd of February, whether you are interested in taking part to this project or not and the number of persons taking part to the organized meetings and so on. These pieces of information you can attach to the four-page-long description of the project which is attached to this message. We ask you to take notice of reading the project description and Nord Plus Junior Instructions VERY CAREFULLY and attaching your answers to the red-marked questions.



In this situation, when we are applying for the project funding in Nord Plus Junior Program, there will be one coordinating partner. This means that our Bovallius-institute Turku will make the application on the behalf of the other partners. The coordinating partner is responsible for the finance of the project, which practically means that we, the coordinating partner, will apply the common funding of the project and distribute fundings according to the scale of actions each partner has taken. That is the reason why you should carefully think about the all the actions and the number of organized occasions you would like to take part. On the basis of your answers and plans, which means the number of actions and the occasions you are taking part, our school is applying for funding for the project. Please remember to answer to all the red-marked-questions attached to this message as soon as during this week!



It is necessary to get acquinted of the instructions of this Nord Plus Junior Project Program, so you will know the agreement you will be committed yourselves.



We really hope for that you all who joined Folklore and Transpeda, would be interested in joining this new project with us!

Saatsime ära partnerkooli projekti taotluse
16. veebruaril saatsime ära koolipoolse projekti taotluse. Meie koolist 4 õpetajat- Margus, Maie, Malle ja Endla. Panime kirja ka kaks õpilast õpilasvahetusse ja selle, et meie kool korraldab koolituse 2011. aasta kevadel. See koolitus on seotud e-õppimisega.

Kontaktseminar Pieksämäkil
02. -04. veebruaril 2009 toimus projekti kontaktseminar Soomes Pieksämäkil. Eestist võtsid osa Marje Riis Haridus- ja Teadusministeeriumist, Aime Aruoja Tartu Kutsehariduskeskusest, Malle Raudoja ja Endla Kuura Pärnumaa Kutsehariduskeskusest ja Maija Prokofjev Tallinna Teeninduskoolist. Helsingisse tuli meile vastu Tuulikki Koskinen.
Saabumispäeval tutvusime Pieksamäki Bovalliuse kooli õppekohaga. Teisel päeval rääkis erivajadustega õpilastest Turu õppekoha psühholoog Anu Aromäki-Stratos.
Pieksämäki koolituskoha õpetaja Jaana Myyryläinen rääkis PRIMUS arvutiprogrammi kasutamisest ja õpetaja Pirkko Pakalainen rääkis töös õppimisest ja töö võimalustest peale kooli lõpetamist.
Kolmandal päeval külastasime Bovalliuse Kooli sotsiaalse töö ja praktika kohtasid. Biojäätmete töötlemistsehhis nägime, kuidas toidujäätmetest valmib muld. Busside- ja elektroonika demonteerimiskohtades näidati, kuidas vanadest esemetest saavad taaskasutusse või ümbertöötlemisse minevad jäätmed. Pesumaja, autode pesula ja puidutsehh kuuluvad samuti Bovalliuse Koolile.
Veidi saime tutvuda ka Pieksämäki linnaga, kus on umbes 13000 elanikku ja mis kuulub Soome noorte linnade hulka. Soomes tuntakse Pieksämäkit eelkõige, kui tähtsat raudtee sõlmjaama.

Koolitusreis Turusse

Koostöökohtumine Turus
Turu Aura Instituutti kutsus kokku koostöökohtumise projekti ideede leidmiseks. Kokkusaamine toimus 12. -14. mail 2008.a. Eesti poolt osalesid Kai Kukk ja Mari Tikerpuu Haridus- ja Teadusministeeriumist, Eha Leppik Eesti Puuetega Inimeste Kojast, Maija Prokofjev ja Rauno Liblik Tallinna Teeninduskoolist, Lia Murs Adeli Eesti OÜ -st, Aime Aruoja Tartu Kutsehariduskeskusest, Malle Raudoja, Margus Kasekamp ja Endla Kuura Pärnumaa Kutsehariduskeskusest.
Aura koolist osalesid Olavi Uitto (rektor), Kaija Miettinen, Anne Salmela, Marjatta Kannisto, Tuulikki Koskinen ja Ilona Nurmi.
Kokkusaamisel tutvuti Aura Instituudi (alates 01.09.2009 Bovalliuse kool) õppehoonetega, külastasime Turu kunstimuuseumi ja sõitsime parvlaevaga Isabella marsruudil Turu -Stokholm -Turu. Laeval toimus koolitus ja arutelu projekti teemadest ja koostööst.

TRANSPEDA
TRANSPEDA on üks osa rahvusvahelisest koostööprojektist Central Baltic INTERREG IV A, mida rahastab Põhjamaade Ministrite Nõukogu. Projekti kutsus kokku ja koordineerib Soome Bovalliuse Kool. Bovalliuse Kooli rahastab Bovalliuse sihtkapital, mille lõid õed Bovalliused 1905. aastal. Algul asutati kool kurtidele lastele, praeguseks on kool laienenud kogu Soome lõuna- ja keskosasse.
Koolil on kolm suuremat koolituskohta: Turu, Pieksämäki ja Laukaa, igal koolituskohal on veel väiksemaid koolituskohti.
